Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking. 50% of the total remaining balance is due 2 weeks after booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date of service. Example: If the total cost is $1,000 - At booking: $100 deposit - 2 weeks later: $500 - 3 weeks prior to the service date: $400 (remaining balance) Payment Methods Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay Cancellation Policy Cancellations more than 30 days before the scheduled date: Full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable $100 deposit. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund of payments made beyond the $100 deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days before the scheduled date: No refunds. If the service cannot be performed due to our fault (e.g., equipment failure, illness), you may elect to reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule must be made at least 30 days prior to the original scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur differences in price.
